Chiropractic is a healthcare discipline that is centered on the role of the spine and central nervous system in maintaining good health, and leveraging the recuperative power of the body to heal itself. Chiropractic focuses on the relationship between structure of the spine and function of the nervous system and how that relationship affects the preservation and restoration of health.

Chiropractors identify and correct misalignments of the vertebrae which can disrupt normal neurological communications between your brain and the cells, tissues, and organs of the body. Gently adjusting the position of the vertebrae of the spine to reduce or eliminate the abnormal communication thus allowing your body to properly self-regulate, adapt and heal.
